Poor

Receptionist never has a clue, they don’t actually listen, they are also rude and talk over you, if we show frustration because we patients are human too and have a zero tolerance policy, the same issue every month, takes forever to get through and then forever to get the issue resolved

How many times do you want to be told, I’m fed up and I simply don’t have the energy to go through the whole rigmarole, it has become an absolute shit show.

Neither good nor poor

I think receptionist are not qualified doctors or pharmacist so they always ask what is the problem. Would rather discuss this with the doctors rather than the receptionist! U may think I may not need to see a doctor and that I be wasting time getting an appointment booked when receptionist just tell u to go to the pharmacy.

I understand everyone rings first thing in the morning trying to get an appointment to see the doctors and eventually after 45 mins of holding you get through only to be told theres no appointment available ring back tomorrow! I dont know how many doctors you have available at the surgery and if you are open till late I dont know how or why you get fully booked still not able to see patients! The ring back service is slightly helpful but you dont know when the doctors can ring you back as myself can be occupied, be at work where you cant have your phone with you. It is all frustrating.
