Very poor | It has been 2 weeks and i have not received any help or service from the GP. I have been severely injured and i am house bounded however, no nurse came for dressing, i have no medication, no wheelchair, no adjustable beds. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Good | Things have massively improved in recent times. The receptionists actually listen and do try to give an appointment. Doctors also don’t dismiss concerns. | It would be good if you could see the same doctor. Or even the same few doctors. There are too many doctors who are locums. Being able to book a future non urgent appointment would be the biggest improvement, rather than having to ring at 8am everyday even though it’s something that could wait. | October 1, 2025 at 8:48 am |
