Neither good nor poor | A system is installed to indicate arrival for appointment. Could not see this upon arrival so waited for reception. The screen to indicate the arrival for appointment was hidden behind people standing in the passage / corridor waiting to be seen or ere waiting for others. | Move it to another location.
