Receptionists are not very nice and provide a good service as they always talk over you. They are very rude and I was also told incorrect information from them.

Have better receptionist who will listen to the patient and not be rude.

Shazaibs Mum here I requested an appointment first told to go to pharmacy when pharmacy told me to go GP hard to get appointments. Dr called unfortunately I was in bathroom
I rang the surgery to explain this they said dont worry Dr will call you.
At the end of the day I receive a text to say sorry we couldn’t call.
I explained my son is autistic can’t tell me or allow me to do some things

Waiting for a Dr to call all day give timings say between 3-4
I am aware that Dr’s are busy but having an autistic child struggling is hard work

My appointment was with dr thakkur on Saturday he listened to what I had to say and fully understood my feelings and situation he was very sympathetic never seen any doctor at good specially when I am going through a bad patch

Because dr thakkur was going on holidays sending my medical reports is taking longer

Gita was absolutely brilliant can’t say anything negative all positive she was really helpful and even called me back and booked an appointment with clinician.

I’m not happy with the new system and protocols that the surgery has put in place, I had a blood test 3 weeks ago and wasn’t given an appointment because my results weren’t that bad on top of the appointment was given for a Saturday which I then missed and if wasn’t for Gita I would be waiting another 3 weeks for my results
