Neither good nor poor | The Spinney Hill Medical Centre staff were helpful and professional as always. However, the problem was that the doctor (Dr Joshi) was supposed to have arranged for me to be contacted to schedule an appointment. I had volunteed to arrange it myself during my consultation with her in May, but she insisted that the surgery would deal with it. I was never contacted because Dr Joshi failed to notify staff. So eventually I had to make the call to schedule an appointment, and I ended up having to accept an afternoon timeslot, which was less convenient.
