Very poor | I requested for a fit note on line and the receptionist rang me back and was very rude and was shouting at me. I tried to explain I needed the dr to tick the phase return and amended duties at work box but insisted I didn’t need to do this. My workplace has told me I needed this on my fit note and so did the Dr previously. She would not allow me to explain or listen to a word. | Need professional receptionists who are good listeners. and trained on how to deal with fit notes. | August 19, 2025 at 9:38 am |
