Very poor | I’m currently very upset with the service I’ve received while trying to book an appointment. I’ve followed the advice to call at 8am, but by the time I get through, there are never any appointments left. I also tried submitting a request via the online Accurx system, only to receive a call back by 8:15am saying all the slots are already gone — and I’m told to try again the next day at 8am. This cycle is incredibly difficult, especially when you’re dealing with ongoing health issues. I’m suffering from migraines and having trouble sleeping, so being told to wake up early every day just to attempt (and fail) to get an appointment is really disheartening. What’s more upsetting is how dismissive the reception team has been — there’s no compassion, no flexibility, and no real attempt to help. I understand the NHS is under pressure, but the system feels broken and deeply unfair for patients who are already unwell.
