Poor | Received a miscall while I was driving and waited 15 minutes to speak to reception. Though I had attended Diabetic Review appointment, Surgery wants to have ANOTHER blood test for HBAc1 . Why was this not done when my blood test was done this week ? I am hard to bleed patient and have to get permission from work . | Combine as many blood tests etc as possible at one time instead of wasting resources .
