Very poor | Dec 28 I did call 8:00 a clock in morning for knee swelling it’s was difficult to walk but receptionist don’t seem happy to talk and doesn’t give appointments I explained everything but receptionist said see can give appointments at pharmacy 😫I don’t need pharmacy appointments I can go myself after that I have no choice to go ANE then waiting 2 hours then send as Merlin waz midnight 2 o’clock after doctor check up doctor said spinneyhill should give you appointment straight away he said this is bad that you explain but they didn’t take seriously then doctors note to my doctor to give appointment and blood test and x-ray appointment as soon as possible then my doctor phone me and he seem nice to me then doctor said receptionist will call you I waited 6 days but no one call then when I call told them my sick note is finished now why don’t you call me they made excuses Think about if your family members have any grout or swelling problems what would you do | I was not seek for last 7 to 8 months Should give appointment | January 6, 2025 at 12:41 pm |
