Neither good nor poor | When you book 8.10am appointment they don’t take you in on time, I booked this to get to work on time, most staff who answer the phone have no empathy and are rude. Very poor | Very poor customer service never get appointment. To reach doctors….last two year finished I trying to book appointment receptionist say full …call tomorrow long queues in phone call when they pick up phone they say fully booked | Everything!
