Poor | There’s no privacy/confidentiality at this practice. Both patients and staff can be rude. There have been numerous times where I feel my confidentiality has being violated. Either by patients of GP staff. Last time I came (earlier this month) I asked the receptionist working if I can have my notes from the appointment I had. the receptionist prints it off then proceeds to read all of my notes (including the list of my conditions) before handing it over to me. | Ensure confidentiality.
