Very poor | I didn’t even get an answer as to why I needed to retake my blood test. She was unsure herself, and I mean no offense but I’m in England, I expect to speak English with my doctors when discussing my health to ensure everything is understood. I left confused, she spoke broken English, and struggled to find the correct words. | Explain to me the reasons for retaking a test and done in proper English.
