Very poor	To contact surgery by phone is mission as you on hold for 40 minutes plus After you get through the appointments are gone and you are told to back on a another day and it’s the same again You are a telephone call appointment a week later For me as one working away from home out of Leicester And on site as engineer or travelling on train or car many times the GP calls backs leaves a message and I have call back and go through same motion again	Simple – answer calls swiftly Offer face to face appointments sooner	November 4, 2024 at 4:50 pm
