Neither good nor poor

It is incredibly frustrating trying to get an appointment with your choice of doctor. Also had a negative experience with Dr Azmi and some of your receptionists. As a GP practice sometimes it is so sad that the level of care is questionable. Would highly like to praise the blood nurse Darshna and Divyanshi the receptionist for being calming and helpful. I would not be at my GP practice if I did not feel unwell but unfortunately sometimes you are made to feel you are wasting the staff’s time because it is common to hear ‘fully booked’ and ‘there is nothing I can do!’

If you are going to send links to patient make sure they are working and have enough staff to man them! On so many occasions I have had to call the surgery back because my appt was incorrectly booked, not enough clinics and not even staff. Also would be most helpful to have allocated services to those people who work in education and are unable to pick up a telephone appt when a doctor chooses to call. I have put no teaching times for doctors calls to the receptionists but apparently they forget to note it down which is highly frustrating and upsetting. Asking staff to be mindful. If it is something a particular doctor does not understand to seek advice from a senior one? Be patient and calming. I do not come to the practice just because I want to! It is also a big shame that the practice manager does not seem to be available to speak to and the staff are unaware of her diary?! Would be helpful if Anisa showed the staff her availability so we as patients can feel more supported
