Very poor | I was given a phone call appointment three weeks ago but the health assistant keeps pushing it back saying I didn’t answer the call but the thing is I never receive the call and they just keep giving me another date and just for this I’m taking holidays from work as well. Even today I took a day off and have been sitting with my phone from 8:30 am. | Please establish a better system for this because just because the dates are being pushed back I have to take days off from work as well. If you can’t establish a better system at least tell us what time the health assistant will be calling us so we know rather than just leaving us clueless for the whole day even today I’m going to wait until 5:30pm for the call now let’s see what happens. | September 2, 2024 at 8:36 am |
