Very poor | The reception staff can’t seem to get anything right, even after giving them a birth certificate they registered my son incorrectly, if I hadn’t spotted it it would have caused issues on his NHS records as advised by my health visitor. When asked for an appointment for contraceptive I was told I couldn’t have an appointment until a mother and baby check was done and that could be anytime up till 12 weeks and that there wasn’t anyway I could have one without it. | The reception staff need significantly more training and need to have the ability to understand the needs of patients.
