Good | The nurse and receptionist provided good service overall and were professional. | I arrived 10 mins early however the appointments were running late and I was seen 25 mins after my appointment, it would have nice if someone had come to tell me of the delay as I was worried I had been forgotten. Good | I needed to speak to the doctor as I was going away on the day. Rang at 8am and selected call back. The receptionist was very helpful and the doctor called me in the morning as requested . The doctor was also very professional and dealt with my emergency. | Unfortunately not all receptions are helpful. I totally understand if you call later on in the day appointments are booked up. I am also aware there are some slots available for emergencies but the receptions are not willing to listen. | August 1, 2024 at 8:57 am |
