Very good	Excellent support and very gentle was the Nurse, explained that it’s difficult to locate my nerve which is tiny, she was excellent and with first shot she got the blood sample without any hurdle, very experienced and with courtesy	So far there are no words to describe as the patient care has always been of paramount, excellent service provider – Very Happy – Doctors are very helpful everytiime ever wince I have been the patient of this surgery – Spiney Hill Medical Centre	July 31, 2024 at 11:05 am
Very poor	My appointment was scheduled at .143 St. Saviours Road Leicester, Le5 3hx – after waiting about 45 minutes receptionist said your appointment is not here but at Doncaster road. This is very poor management admin. If it is changed need to inform in good time. So I will not waist my time.	Communication need to improve and consider the seriousness of it.
