We ring in 8am morning very long waiting when we get coll back gita say it’s fully booked no appointments left she say ring tomorrow morning for appointments.that was not very nice to say.you need to do something about it its going on quite few time with as.you nead to take this on account.

Wish patients of 70 and over can get good response to have appointments. Especially those who have ongoing condition, may not think that they are having no attention. Such things likely to happen as the appointment booking person may not have access to the records. records. System msy have any flags to get sympathic response.
