Very poor | Over an hour to wait for an appointment.. begging the staff to provide appointments and help. It’s honestly shambles and probably the worst experience of a surgery. | Everything. You send people to diff clinics without asking. Your staff are rude. You NEVER have any appointments available. As a higher tax payer who doesn’t use the NHS often I would expect help when I need it.
