Very good | Being lucky to request a call back from the doctor. And the highest, professional and kind service is offered from the Doctor. | If appointment system can be better. Calls showing number in the queue is always beyond 20, and at time of appointment request, mostly no appointments available for that day. “Call again the next day” just adds up waiting and suffering. Neither good nor poor | I and others had to wait as there was only one receptionist who was trying to complete documentation for a new arrival in this country and was not quite apt at dealing with it. | Have a receptionist to deal with appointments only and have new patients dealt with privately as it exposes their situation with everyone waiting in reception. | May 2, 2024 at 8:36 am |
