Very good | All fine. Staff and clinicians and dictors are very sympathetic and offers very expert and professional service. Practice has all health and safety measures of good standard. | Telephone system should have extra option of any medication or other enquiery related. At present only sick note and appointment options are there. To queue in appointments takes over 40 minutes even if we call right at the opening time of the practice and never can get appointment to see the doctor or speak to the doctor appointment easily. Good | They provide us with everything and help us find a good cure/solution to our illness | I feel like the GP needs to be more flexible when I comes to assigning appointments. My feet were swollen and I didn’t know what to do, when I went to the GP they couldn’t give me an appointment and we had to go to the A and E instead to go check it out. | April 4, 2024 at 1:26 pm |

Poor | The practice is still very behind and doesn’t really cater for full time working adults. You can never get appointments with doctors that you trust like dr raj, dr amin etc. There is a lot of miscommunication the receptionist couldn’t tell me why I needed to speak to the pharmacist and when he called it was about contraception which confused me even more.
