Poor | I was refused an appointment at first. Then the Doctor diagnosed my issue as being eczema by looking at a photo. I am not convinced at all and the medication has not even made a slightest difference.I know for a fact that it’s not eczema!
| You could have offered to see me as I rarely ever call for an appointment. Only if it’s a genuine concern. I know people who literally have appointments every week unfortunately they seem to get all the appointments 😔

Very poor | I would like to raise a concern regarding the waiting time for my appointment.
I was given an appointment time of 11:10am, but I was not seen until 11:45am — a delay of over 30 minutes. If patients are given a specific appointment time, I feel it is reasonable to expect to be seen within a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise, there is little point in providing a scheduled appointment time.
When I raised my concern with the doctor, I was told that the delay was due to the systems being down. While I appreciate that technical issues can occur, I do not feel this is an acceptable explanation for such a significant delay, particularly without any communication or update regarding the wait.
I believe this is an area that needs improvement. Patients’ time should be respected, and where delays are unavoidable, patients should be kept informed.
I would appreciate this feedback being taken seriously and considered for improvement going forward.
| The main area for improvement would be managing appointment times and keeping patients informed about any delays.
I was given an appointment time of 11:10am but was not seen until 11:45am, resulting in a wait of over 30 minutes. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, including technical problems with systems, but patients should be informed if there is going to be a significant delay.
If an appointment is scheduled for a specific time, I feel patients should either be seen as close to that time as reasonably possible or be given an update explaining the reason for the delay and an estimated waiting time.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving communication and managing waiting times would make the overall patient experience much better.
