Very good | She’s just superb. | would like to give some really positive feedback about Darshna. I have had my blood tests done by her several times, and every time she has been absolutely brilliant. Darshna is very friendly, kind, supportive, and professional. She always makes me feel comfortable and reassured, especially when having a blood test can sometimes feel stressful. She has such a positive attitude and a lovely way of communicating with patients. She is patient, caring, and genuinely goes the extra mile to make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Her friendly nature and professionalism really stand out, and I always feel that I am in safe and capable hands when she takes my blood. It is clear that Darshna cares about the people she looks after, and her positive attitude makes such a difference.
