Very poor	It is very very very difficult to get appointment with Doctor You call you wait in Que or ask for call back then you are told call back in the morning only to be told appointments full And this process can last days before you get an appointment and after all this you get a virtual appointment	Answer the telephone in a timely manner Business norm is 3 rings – double or triple that not waiting for 45 minutes !
