Very good | Because my doctor always keep up to date i have no.promblem with my doctor | N0 | July 13, 2026 at 1:16 pm |
Poor | Call queues are really long and every time I call the surgery’s connection is always poor and they sometimes hang up without calling back. The way the receptionists and those operating calls speak sounds so hostile as well. It’s inconvenient how patients are expected to call the same day they want an appointment instead of being able to book an appointment for another day. | Reduce call queues. Have staff sound like they want to work and help. Allow people to book appointments for the future rather than calling and booking on the same day. Don’t hang up on patients and not call back. Improve call experience, I can always hear other staff members speaking in the back and the connection tends to be poor a majority of times. | July 13, 2026 at 2:09 pm |
Very good | Appointment arranged and on time and there were no delays. Nurse, Tarika friendly and professional. | Outside your control, but parking is abysmal with the modern day the robin hoods of a council making money from sick people. | July 14, 2026 at 8:27 am |
Very poor | I couldn’t get my wheelchair into the room to have my blood test. The door way is very narrow and no room to manoeuvre my wheelchair in the corridor. | Made more accessible for disabled people and wheelchair accessible | July 14, 2026 at 11:32 am |
Good | Waiting was very quick. | Have had issues in the past trying to choose an available date to book blood test appointments online, so I have had to call to see if they have any availability that way. | July 14, 2026 at 8:40 pm |
