Good	The nurse was excellent, very pleasant professional and quick. This would have been very good except the lift was very scary on the way down – it started making some very loud crunching noises and the door wouldn’t open to let me out I had to bang on the door and thankfully a patient heard me and opened the door . I immediately reported to the lad in reception	Please arrange for the lift to be seen to immediately as this could cause a lot of distress for many elderly patients	May 12, 2026 at 3:17 pm
