Poor	Impossible to get appointments. Blood tests hardly fibe every year months based on my tablets and conditions. 1Ac not done, cholesterol not checked, simply no monitoring. Staff learn by rote	Please see above	May 4, 2026 at 11:13 am
Very poor	Waited on the phone for 50mins and was not given a appointment. I rang 2 minute past 8am phone engaged and surgery opening time is 8am	Online booking not available would be very helpful if appointments could be booked online.	May 4, 2026 at 1:27 pm
