I have called the surgery 2 weeks ago for a severe pain in my knee, the reception told me that all appointments are booked up. I rang 111 they referred me to Merlin vas the doctor saw me there and he told me to carry on with napeoxen and to apply a gel and he said that he was writing to my doctor that I need a exray because when he examined me i was very sore.I have been ringing the surgery since then with no luck, yesterday I rang in the morning the reception told me that because of half day she said ring tomorrow we will be able to give you appointment if not then on Saturday so I rang this morning the reception didn’t offer me appointment today or for tomorrow..I am in too much pain climbing stairs, bending down and getting in bath and coming out, no one has done the referral for me for exray or to see the doctor. I am so disappointed as I am suffering with my knee and lot.

Receptionist to see how many times a patient has rang for appointment and take into consideration also the receptionist to be more friendly to log down on system that we have rang several times for appointment and try and give us appointment..we would only ring so many times if we are in pain.

Helpful, informative and pleasant doctor.
Took time to explain the change of medication for my headaches.

Would have liked an earlier telephone consultation than having to wait six weeks.
