Good	The surgery has improved a lot over the last two years. The GPs are a lot more on point. The service overall is really good but there’s always room for improvement. Not happy with the appointment process I find it difficult and I’m sure well I’ve been in the surgery many of our elders in the community find very difficult to get an appointment with the new system and there is little help of witness this at the reception depending on what personal or on reception determines what and how much help you get	The appointment system May be the surgery can offer more in-house services Make it easier for patience to see the professionals they need to see	April 7, 2026 at 4:18 pm
Good	Very helpful towards me the owner be by name and face now and I’m always in and out for telephone the surgery and they are very helpful to me But I do not like the appointment process All the GPs are good to me and try to resolve my issues, particularly Dr Sinha	To be seen quicker and change the appointment system back to telephone	April 7, 2026 at 4:20 pm
