In line with guidelines set down by NHS England, we will be launching an updated version of online consultation service ‘AccuRx Patient Triage’ from Wednesday 1st October 2025.
We will ask patients to complete a simple form online via our Website or the NHS App. We think this will be easier for most patients to contact us for medical or admin requests rather than holding on the phone to speak to a receptionist.
It will enable us to book on the day appointments for those that have a clinical need, or pre-book an appointment for more routine conditions.
We may also signpost you to other services such as the Pharmacy.
This service will be in operation from Monday to Fridays only, between 8.00am to 6.30pm.
If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone, you can call reception instead who will fill the form in for you.
