Very poorly trained staff new GP are the worst two GP could not diagnose chiken pox caused lots of pain and suffering this matter will be raised with Nhs direct and medical council and medical centre has not responded about this matter please

Waiting for Surgery to open at 8.00 am but not opened until 8.04 am and had to wait outside.
Moreover, whoever was the person who opened the front door asked to sign in on the self signing machine which was not even st to work. Waited in line for a other 3 minutes but nobody to help and she disappeared. Then people started to queue at the window. This means despite being in time was late to register my sign in. My blood test was at 8.15am but was not until 8.23 am I was called.
So everything was like organised chaos.
Bad time keeping by surgery and staff.

Tell your staff to be puntual in what they do and have your system running in advance. If patient was late you would cancel their appointment but you should lead by example.
